Dr. Glines has over 20 years of non-surgical disc treatment experience. For years locally in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, he’s been seen as THE go-to doctor if you are looking to avoid disc surgery. Having helped thousands of patients there is little that he hasn’t seen. His knowledge of the intervertebral disc has enabled him to create relationships with surgeons and pain management doctors to successfully co-treat disc patients to avoid invasive procedures. Finally he created the Genesis Treatment Protocol that is used through all the Genesis offices nationwide.

Dr. Braddock has been helping people find true & natural relief for 13 years and is passionate about getting results. Dr. Braddock feels that the DRX-9000 has the ability to help patients who have had poor results with chiropractic, physical therapy, & pain management unlike anything he’s seen in his career. Dr. Braddock is a leader and coach in his profession and has a passion for speaking & lecturing. Dr. Braddock is married to his beautiful wife, Amy, and has 4 incredible children; Savannah, Hudson, Maddox & Cora.

Meet our Chief Relations Officer, Alicia Gamradt. Alicia is a true native Texan at heart and is a dedicated member of the Genesis Back & Neck team for the past 8 years. From the very beginning, she has been an integral part of our growth and success, having joined Dr. Braddock and Dr. Glines at the very first Genesis office. She now oversees all of our clinics and is the heart of Genesis.

Outside of work she is a devoted mother of two grown children who are the center of her world. She loves to travel and experience new things. Her favorite place is anywhere there is a beach and the ocean!

Jessica brings more than a decade of administrative and operational leadership experience to Genesis Back and Neck. Since joining Genesis in 2023, she has helped build and refine the systems that support the organization’s growing network of clinics. Now serving as Chief Operations Officer, Jessica oversees operations across Genesis and works closely with the leadership team to ensure each partner clinic has the structure, support, and resources needed to succeed.  

Jessica thrives on collaboration and enjoys working alongside a leadership team that brings both intelligence and wit to the table. Together, they share the same goal of helping every clinic partner grow, succeed, and most importantly make a meaningful impact on their patients. 

Outside of Genesis life, Jessica and her husband Scott enjoy small-town life with their three beautiful children, where the days are filled with sports schedules, travel, lots of love, and just enough chaos to keep life interesting.

Samantha Jimmerson is the driving force behind clinical operations at Genesis. A proud Texan with over five and a half years at the company, she leads staff onboarding across all locations, ensures platforms and systems run seamlessly, and maintains clear, consistent communication with every partner and team member.

With a background in corporate training, team leadership, and process development, Samantha has built the infrastructure that supports Genesis’s national growth. She’s known for her steady leadership, practical solutions, and ability to turn big ideas into streamlined systems that work.
She studied Communications at Texas State University and now balances her leadership role with life as a wife and mom to her son, Bennett. When she’s not working, you’ll find her outside, golfing with her husband, or cooking!

Kaitlin Castro graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings extensive experience in data analytics, systems development, and operational strategy. As Chief Innovation Officer at Genesis Back & Neck, she leads initiatives that improve clinic performance, streamline operations, and drive data-driven growth across the Genesis network. Kaitlin works closely with leadership, marketing teams, and clinic partners to turn insights into actionable strategies that support better patient outcomes and long-term success.

Amber Beezley brings over a decade of office management experience to her role as Chief Conversion Officer and Director of Lead Management at Genesis Back and Neck. With a deep-rooted background in operational leadership and patient coordination, Amber leads the strategic vision and execution of patient acquisition and lead conversion across Genesis’s nationwide network of partner clinics.

Amber’s leadership bridges the gap between marketing and care, overseeing a team that converts thousands of inbound leads into real appointments. She also, works closely with the marketing partners to ensure sustainable growth and a measurable impact on clinics performance and revenue. Amber is deeply committed to ensuring every prospective patient receives timely, compassionate, and effective communication—balancing a data-driven approach with a strong human touch that builds trust and drives action.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys traveling between Oklahoma and Austin, Texas to visit family and spend quality time with her granddaughter.

Roxana brings precision, heart, and a deep understanding of operations to her role as Chief Administrative Officer. With over 10 years of experience across healthcare, private practice, and nonprofit sectors, she has a unique ability to see complex processes clearly and identify opportunities for improvement. 

In her current role, Roxana oversees partner onboarding and leads the administrative department, working closely with leadership to ensure seamless integrations that support both clinical and operational success. She is known for fostering strong team connections and bringing structure to fast-paced environments, always approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. 

Outside of work, Roxana loves staying active, teaches indoor cycling, and enjoys life with her two dogs. She is also a passionate advocate for children of incarcerated loved ones and plays an active role partnering with local dog rescues. Additionally, she serves as a Partnership Specialist for a Spirit-led and apolitical food ministry that helps at-risk children and others in need.

Kaycee has been working in the accounting field since 2020 with a degree from Grayson College. Since stepping into her position, she has built a strong foundation in financial management & reporting. Kaycee is passionate about helping businesses maintain accurate & transparent financial records.

Beyond her professional life, Kaycee is a proud wife & mom to three energetic boys. Balancing family & career, she brings the same level of commitment & organization to both her home & workplace.
