Dr. Glines has 17 years of non-surgical disc treatment experience. For years locally in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, he’s been seen as THE go-to doctor if you are looking to avoid disc surgery. Having helped thousands of patients there is little that he hasn’t seen. His knowledge of the intervertebral disc has enabled him to create relationships with surgeons and pain management doctors to successfully co-treat disc patients to avoid invasive procedures. Finally he created the Genesis Treatment Protocol that is used through all the Genesis offices nationwide.

Dr. Braddock has been helping people find true & natural relief for 13 years and is passionate about getting results. Dr. Braddock feels that the DRX-9000 has the ability to help patients who have had poor results with chiropractic, physical therapy, & pain management unlike anything he’s seen in his career. Dr. Braddock is a leader and coach in his profession and has a passion for speaking & lecturing. Dr. Braddock is married to his beautiful wife, Amy, and has 4 incredible children; Savannah, Hudson, Maddox & Cora.

Meet our Chief Operations Officer, Alicia Gamradt. Alicia is a true native Texan at heart and is a dedicated member of the Genesis Back & Neck team for the past 6 years. From the very beginning, she has been an integral part of our growth and success, having joined Dr. Braddock and Dr. Glines at the very first Genesis office. She now oversees all of our clinics and is the heart of Genesis.

Outside of work she is a devoted mother of two grown children who are the center of her world. She loves to travel and experience new things. Her favorite place is anywhere there is a beach and the ocean!

Jessica has been working in administrative management for over 10 years. Within that time she has developed a deep understanding of the obstacles and opportunities that come with managing a successful office. Beyond overseeing the on-boarding operation, she enjoys being able to continuously support each practice in meeting and exceeding individual goals! Outside of Genesis, Jessica and her husband share three beautiful children that fill her days with lots of love, many laughs and complete, utter chaos.

Samantha grew up in North Texas and went on to attend Texas State University and Study Communication. She has been with Genesis for 3 years and originally started part- time in McKinney with both Doctors and quickly worked her way up. She works directly with Dr. Chad Glines in the original Genesis location in Grapevine. She is an efficient communicator and makes our protocol and procedures easy to understand. She has a passion for helping people holistically.

Delaney manages and oversees a team of care coordinators that work to provide patient outreach and scheduling expertise for all Genesis clinics nationwide. Her team works to help inform future patients of the benefit of spinal decompression, and guide them through the beginning processes of care. Her primary focus is to ensure that our doctors are able to help as many patients as possible become pain free with spinal decompression. Delaney graduated from Texas Tech University, and has since worked closely with all of our clinics, and has years of experience with high level patient care. It is her passion to help patients take back their health, and find their “Genesis”. Beyond managing patient outreach, Delaney loves reading, live music, and her cat Lily.
