I have been beyond impressed with this place. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. The Dr. Understood my MRI images and quickly gave me a breakdown of how treatment would help. The staff was also incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the process. They were always willing to work with my difficult schedule and fit me in at a moments notice. The text to schedule system they have is great! The treatment itself was incredibly effective in relieving my lower back pain. I could feel the difference instantly. For some it takes a few sessions, but for me I felt instant relief from day 1. I am truly grateful for staff and the way treatment at this center. The care and expertise I received here was amazing. I will I will highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking relief from back pain.

My life has been changed! It sounds dramatic, but it’s true! I’ve had lower back pain for years that would prohibit so many things that I wanted to do. My brother-in-law told me about Genesis back and neck in Grapevine and it is the greatest decision I have made for my well-being! I’m not even halfway through my treatment and I was able to do more these last three days then I’ve been able to do in a long time…AND back is at a ZERO pain level! The staff is absolutely amazing… So friendly and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the treatments, everyone I’ve worked with has been wonderful! If you suffer from any back or neck pain at all, I highly recommend Genesis! It has honestly improved my life and if you suffer from back pain, you understand!

Dr. Chad and the staff at Genesis in Grapevine were amazing throughout the entire process. From Dr. Chad reviewing my MRI and explaining what they actually do to the ladies following through on the treatment plan; the experience was great all around. Concerning the treatment: I have zero pain! I suffered from sudden sharp pain and loss of motor function causing me to collapse. After the 1st month, that ceased and I began to feel much better. After the completion of the treatment plan, I have absolutely zero pain and can do activities I used to do that I never thought I’d be able to return to. The DRX9000 and Genesis were perfect for what I desperately needed. Thank you guys!

I had a pretty bad accident where I fell and was in the air and hit my tailbone and my hand went back and messed up my shoulder. The sciatic pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep at night and the shoulder neck was so stiff. I can hardly move it. I’ve been going to Genesis now for a couple months and I am 80% better. It is amazing. I’m glad I didn’t have to do surgery. I had a CAT scan scan and it showed that I have spinal stenosis in the top and lower part from the fall so I’m going to continue on my journey. It’s been a life saver
