Though I have only had one appointment with Genesis Back & Neck | OKC North, my experience was more than incredible. The entire staff is personable, and you can really see the compassion and care that they wish to provide. With my specific situation, they helped me in more ways than I could have imagined. Though I wasn’t able to experience the decompression that I came in for, this was due to the Doctor’s concern about the current condition of my spine and did not want to risk my safety. That alone really showed me that they’re not in it for the clientele or the money. They gave me many resources and suggested the direction I should head in for this immediate concern. I’ve had back problems for the past 10 years. I had laser spine surgery a few years ago and it worked okay. The surgery has since reversed itself and I could hardly walk and couldn’t drive (because of leg nerve pain) 4 weeks ago.
