I originally came in for the spinal decompression as I had a few years of gradual increase in lower back pain. After 3/4 completion, i began the neck decompression because i noticed huge improvements with my mobility from back decompressions. I received my before and after X-Rays of my lower back and there is a substantial difference in disc separation and reduction in inflammation.
