I am now pain free! Thanks to the decompression lumbar treatment I received from the wonderful staff at Genesis Back and Neck. I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain and after a few sessions, I am now pain free and able to do my normal activities. I would recommend this treatment for anyone suffering from any pain before using medication or having surgery. I even missed some appointments and thought the pain would return but so far it has not.I have been very satisfied with my results.

I just finished my 24th treatments with Genesis Back and Neck, at Daleville Chiropractic. Daleville, Virginia. It has been an amazing journey. I was having excruciating pain in my lower back and shooting down my leg. My doctor wanted me to have another surgery. Dr. Aaron Trochim, from Franklin County, VA, earned his Bachelor’s from Bridgewater College in 2011 and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2014. He married his high school sweetheart, Kelly, and they have two daughters, Molly and Charlotte. Dr. Trochim is an avid runner, bicyclist, and Chicago Cubs fan. He’s been named one of the top 10 chiropractors for patient satisfaction by the American Institute of Chiropractors for 3 years in a row. Dr. Trochim practices in Rocky Mount and opened Genesis Back & Neck – Daleville in 2023 to offer spinal decompression therapy.

Dr. Justin Ginnings, D.C.

Dr. Justin Ginnings was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and raised in Salem, Virginia. He graduated from Salem High School and went on to receive his undergraduate degree in health and exercise science from Roanoke College. He then went on to receive his doctorate from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He will always root for the Tennessee Volunteers, loves to lift at the gym, and spend time with his wife and dog. He met his now wife in middle school while running track and field and they have been together ever since.
